Do I need to be CPR certified before I can become an instructor?
We provide both the provider and instructor training. You do not need to be currently certified to begin training.
Can I become cross-certified using my existing instructor qualification?
Your experience will certainly be helpful, but every instructor must complete First Response Instructor Training. This is because every brand has is own unique protocols. Our curriculum contains procedures and protocols not yet included in other brands.
Who accepts First Response training?
Our most common clients include Dental facilities, Parents, Caregivers, Allied Health facilities, Industrial Workplaces, Schools, Places of worship, Civics groups and Office buildings.

Do you offer Basic Life Support (BLS) ?
Yes, but you must be a general instructor before you can receive a BLS endorsement. We do not recommend focusing your business on BLS because it is heavily monopolized by the Big Red brands. Margins for BLS are also significantly lower than for other types of class.
